Terms of Use
Please read this first. Class Action Settlement Claims is not a law firm. Nothing in the app or on this site is legal advice, and using the app does not create an attorney-client relationship with us. We do not file claims for you. The app helps you find and track settlements. Only the official settlement administrator or court can decide whether you are eligible and whether you will be paid.
1. Accepting these terms
By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the app provides
The app lists open US class action settlements from public settlement administrator websites and court records. It lets you choose a US state and interest categories, answer optional yes/no eligibility questions, see deadlines, open the official claim site, save and track settlements, and set local deadline reminders. The quick-check answers are for your own reference only. They do not determine eligibility.
3. Not legal advice and no affiliation
- We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
- We are not affiliated with any court, government agency, settlement administrator, or company named in a settlement.
- Consult a qualified attorney if you have questions about your legal rights.
4. Information may be incomplete or out of date
Settlement information comes from public sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Deadlines, claim requirements, amounts and status can change. Always check the official claim site and court documents before you act.
5. Eligibility, payments and amounts
- Eligibility and payment are decided solely by the settlement administrator or the court.
- Amounts shown in the app are maximums stated in the settlement notices. They are not guaranteed.
- We cannot change, extend or waive any deadline or requirement set by a settlement.
6. Your claims
You file any claim yourself, directly with the official settlement administrator, and we do not file claims for you. You must give truthful information on every claim form. A false claim may be perjury or fraud and may have legal consequences.
7. Deadline reminders
Reminders are sent by your device and depend on your notification settings and your phone's power settings. They may be delayed or may not appear. Do not rely on a reminder alone to meet a deadline.
8. Paid features
- Auto-renewing subscription. A subscription renews automatically at the price and period shown before you buy, until you cancel.
- Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it is shown before you buy. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown.
- Lifetime purchase. The lifetime option is a one-time payment that unlocks the paid features for as long as the app is available through your Google Play account.
- Payment. All purchases are processed by Google Play. Charges are made to your Google Play account.
- Cancelling. Cancel a subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Request them through Google Play.
- Restore. Use Restore purchases in the app with the same Google Play account you used to buy.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to submit false claims, to impersonate another person, to scrape or overload our feed, to reverse engineer the app, or to break any law.
10. Intellectual property
The app, its design and our written content belong to Dahmani Limited. Settlement names, court records and notices belong to their respective owners and are shown for information only.
11. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the app and the settlement feed reliable, but they are provided "as is" and may be unavailable from time to time. Features may change.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dahmani Limited is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or the information in it, including missed deadlines, ineligibility or claims that are rejected. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
