Delete your data
What we hold
Class Action Settlement Claims has no accounts. Your state, interest categories, quick-check answers, saved settlements and notification preference are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers.
We also hold analytics and campaign records, and purchase records held by RevenueCat, that are linked to an anonymous app installation or app user ID. These are described in our Privacy Policy.
Delete data on your device
- Clear app data: in Android Settings, open Apps → Class Action Settlement Claims → Storage, then tap Clear storage. This removes your saved settings and tracked settlements.
- Uninstall the app: this also removes the app's data from your phone.
- Reset your advertising ID: in Android Settings, open Privacy → Ads and reset or delete your advertising ID.
- Turn off Advertising measurement: in the app's Settings.
Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete records that our service providers already hold. To delete those, follow the steps below.
Request deletion of purchase and analytics records
Email support@dahmani.me with the subject line "Class Action Settlement Claims data deletion". Include:
- The Google Play account email address you used to buy the app, if you bought it.
- Your Google Play order number, if you bought the app. You can find it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Order history.
- The approximate date you installed the app.
Do not send payment card details, bank details or identity documents. We do not need them. We will use the information you send to locate the records linked to your installation or purchase, and we will ask the relevant providers (Google, RevenueCat and Cloudflare) to delete them.
We aim to respond within one month. Some information may be kept where the law requires it, for example purchase records that a store keeps under its own policies.
Cloudflare purchase-event router
Our purchase-event router keeps only hashed event identifiers and delivery-completion markers, and these expire within 30 days. It does not store event contents, and it does not store payment card details.
Google advertising data
Google handles advertising and measurement data. See Google's ad policies for how Google uses information from apps. You can change your choice for advertising measurement in the app's Settings at any time.
